Our accredited programs are individually tailored and can be offered on an inpatient or day program basis and can also be delivered in a patient's own home through our outreach program.
The Melbourne Clinic has in excess of 200 accredited specialists and an extensive multi-disciplinary team that work well together to provide comprehensive patient care in a supportive environment.

The Melbourne Clinic - Professorial Research Unit
The Professorial Research Unit at The Melbourne Clinic is an academic unit of The University of Melbourne, Department of Psychiatry.
The unit was established in February 1995 and the Healthscope Chair of Psychiatry instigated in 2000.
The Research Unit undertakes a range of research into mental illness focused on finding new effective and safe treatments which may improve the symptoms of mental ill health.
